April Happenings

So Saylor keeps sneaking the camera and taking pictures and these are the kind of pictures I find when I download my pictures onto the computer.
We decided to build a garden box and Zach was digging holes for the posts and hit a sprinkler line. The girls were in heaven playing in the all the water and mud.
Digging holes and putting the box together.
We went out one night to plant some raspberries and Casha had had a late nap, so after Saylor was in bed, she got to come outside with us and was loving it.
She kept chasing bugs and trying to touch all the flies that would land on the fence and then she would tell us all about it in her jibber jabber.
Saylor and her friends went out to play in the rain and got soaked. They were loving playing and running around in the rain, and then they made there way to this chain and were sticking there heads in the water pouring out of of it. They were soaked all the way through, but had a blast.
So a few weeks ago Say and her friend Brynn were upstairs playing. I was downstairs and I started smelling baby powder coming from up there. I ran upstairs to find these two looking like this.
It started out with them putting it on their baby dolls (along with Vicks, Butt Paste and baby lotion), and then they decided to have a little party with it and dumped it all over themselves (mostly Saylor) and put it all over the rest of the room.
I made them help me clean it all up and then they got to jump in the tub after to wash their hair.
At the end of April I went to Utah with Saylor and all the girls in my family to throw a baby shower for my sister Casey and sister in law Audrey. Here are some of the cute things from the food table. We had a blast and I loved being with my sisters. Saylor loved playing with her cousins, but she was most excited about seeing the new puppies at my sisters house.
At the beginning of the month we watched these 2 cute kids for our friends and I smelled baby powder, I ran upstairs to find Casha's entire room covered in baby powder. When I walked in they had the bottle of it in there hands just shaking it all over the place. They were having a serious party with the powder. It was pretty funny, and now every time I vacuum, my house smells like baby powder. All the white fuzzy looking stuff you see is powder, the air and room were covered. The baby powder has now been put away in a place that kids can not reach :)
Saylor has been taking gymnastics for the last few months. She loves it and it's helped so much with her cordination and confidence.
Casha is pretty torch to take to gymnastics.  She wants to get down and run and play with Say and all the other kids there. I have to bring all sorts of snacks to keep her distracted.
Say on the beams. Her favorite thing is the tramps.
 Another picture that Saylor took.
Zach decided he wanted to build a pant rack for his pants, so here he is in our closet starting to measure and cut.
The pant rack before it was installed.
A picture of Say that she took of herself.
This one cracks me up. She set up this flower that she is obsessed with next to her picture and then took a picture of it.
The area the new pant rack is going to go.
All installed. Zach is way better at hanging up his pants now that he has this, I know that's sad, but it's true :)
 Pretty nice huh?

Casha digging in the dirt when Zach was putting the garden boxes together.
