This is Saylor's "pose", she does this all the time when she is crawling. She stops and turns in this postion to see what is going on. She looks so big when she does it, especially her bum. I love it though and think it is so cute.
Saylor got her first two teeth at the beginning of this month. You can see one of them in this picture. I tried to get her to smile for me so I could get a picture of them but she wouldn't.
She has this new thing she does. She pulls this face and starts bouncing up and down when you start talking to her. She only does it for some people though. She loves my Dad like crazy and will always do this face to him and then she tilts her head to the side and cheeses it at him. Quite the face huh? (her arms aren't getting any smaller)
We had a family reunion (Fuller Fest) this last week with my whole family (just my mom n dad and brothers and sisters). I was in charge of it, lots of other people had to help me with it and with Saylor. This is my neice pushing Saylor around on this toy at the cabin we stayed at. She loved it.
We rented this slide for a day at the reunion. It was so much fun. I think the adults had more fun than the kids. We went crazy on it and started having a stunt contest and races up and down it. It got really crazy but we had a blast.
We also went to a park one day and met up with some of our cousins. We put Saylor in a swing for her first time. She wasn't quite sure of it at first (see below) but once she got used to it she was loving it. She was laughing and smiling like crazy. It was so cute. She doesn't laugh for very long at a time so this was a extra special thing.
We made marshmallow guns and had a big war at the reunion. It was so much fun. This is Zach and my little brother Bud ganging up on some unlucky person.
We also did a little "junior miss" (we called it Fuller Miss) pageant. It was really nerdy but we had lots of fun. My little sister Bird was in Junior Miss this year and after we watched her video of it we decided we had to do our own. It was pretty funny. She taught a dance, (anyone that knows us knows that we don't dance so it was hilarious). We had a poise portion, fitness and then a talent part. Our husbands had to do the talent part with us and we all had to come up with a talent when we got there with a prop that everyone was given.

ReplyDeleteThat sounds like you had fun! Maybe I could talk one or two people into doing a pageant, but most of my family is boring;)! I'm bummed that you guys are not going to be there when we come to help with Arch and Shan's house! I was hoping we could hang out!
