February so far

SuperBowl Party! Awesome huh? We actually went over to our friends for a little while and then came home and watched the rest of it. It was low key, fun and relaxing, with some good treats. Also Say's new haircut.
We went over to Rexburg the 2nd weekend to go see my sisters Cin and Holl and their families. Cin and Had were there for a few weeks from Ohio and Holl from Cairo, Egypt. We took our kids to Arctic Circle to eat and play on the toys. They loved it and I was mostly grossed out from all the germs on those things, oh well.

While we were there we had a birthday party. All of these guys have birthdays this month. (Miles, Dad, Grey and Mason).
A little of the wild and crazy party. The kids had a blast and it was loud and crazy. My Mom and sister Erin went and got all the kids a little gift, had games planned and then we had cake. It was a fun night.
Decorating sugar cookies for family home evening on Valentine's Day with my sister Holl's kids Mase (left) and Grey.
Say, Mase and Miles playing in the snow at Grandma and Grandpa's. My sister Holly is staying at my parents house with her 4 kids until they are allowed to go back to Egypt, where her husband still is. She doesn't know how long she will be there, but we were glad we were able to go spend some time with her and her kids. She talked me into staying an extra few days. Me and the girls rode back with my parents to our house, where my Mom and Dad came and stayed for a few days to watch the girls state basketball tournament.
Casha (in her Egyptian jammies) turned 5 months old on the 17th. She is the sweetest, cutest, happiest baby ever. I love seeing her cute smile every morning when I go in to get her out of bed. Some things about her right now: She is sleeping 12 hours every night.
She eats every 3 and 1/2 to 4 hours (around 6 oz.).
She loves her sister Saylor.
She loves her Mom like crazy and smiles and gets all excited when she hears my voice (I love it).
She hardly ever gets to see Zach (he is gone to school or doing homework almost every day but Sundays, we hate it).
She still doesn't really eat rice ceral, mostly spits it out.
Only rolls over from front to back.
Is in size 3 diapers already (she blows out size 2, but they fit her better).
Is sick again with a cold that is not going away.
Loves to hold onto things and put her thumb in her mouth, especially her blanket.
She always scoots herself up into the corner of her bed to sleep.
She still spits up all the time, but not near as much as she used too (she has a bottle twice a day and that makes it way better).
She will smile at whoever starts talking to her.
Takes 3 naps a day (morning 2 to 3 hours, afternoon 2 to 3 hours, evening about 1 or 2).
Her fat rolls are starting to get stinky and we (really I mean me, Zach is never here) are starting to have to clean them out and keep them dry.
Say and Casha. Sweet little girls.

  3. Jean, I always wish I could join all the fun when the peeps get together. I'm glad you guys had fun. Saylor's haircut is so cute!! I need to see better views of it. She looks so much older to me now. And Casha looks like Cin as a baby to me more and more, with a little joker smile. She is such a doll!
